A production from the origin, based on sustainability, artisanal and natural elaboration are allowing our sheep ranch and cheese to be recognized with the most prestigious awards in the national and international sector.
Thanks to its careful preparation and its sensorial characteristics, our cheeses have received awards in prestigious international championships such as the World Cheese Awards, as well as in national competitions such as the Gourmet Cheese.
Recently, our ranch sheep has received the Excellence Award – Figan 2019, as a benchmark sheep farm in Spain, recognizing our business model committed to the natural environment, our technical-economic management and our innovation in the sector.
