Artisan Sheep Cheese

Pago Valle de los Molinos elaborates its artisan cheeses from sheep's milk, exclusively from its sheep ranch, according to the traditional process of La Mancha cheese. The exquisite flavor and unique creaminess of the cheese are the result of the studied diet that our sheep receive from the sheep ranch.

Walnuts from Montes de Toledo

We offer our walnut directly from the field, under its integral production model, with strict quality protocols. A product with the highest standards of organoleptic and technological quality.

Extra Virgin Olive Oils

In Pago Valle de los Molinos we combine the three main olive production systems: From the traditional olive grove, to the olive grove in hedge, which allows us to obtain three types of olives and oils: Cornicabra, Picual and Arbequina.

Enclave in Red Natura 2000

The farm has a high biodiversity and richness, which is why is protected as a place of special community interest and is regulated by the normative Directiva 92/43 / CEE, Natura Network 2000.
